The law firm is pleased to announce a welcome change and addition to the law firm’s estate planning department.  As of February 1, Richard L. Luther has become associated with the firm in an of counsel capacity.  Mr. Luther is an experienced and accomplished estate planning attorney and still maintains an active practice at his own office in Wayzata, Minnesota.  Years ago Greg Deckert and Mr. Luther both started their law practices at the same downtown Minneapolis law firm – the Bassford firm, which is now known as Bassford Remele.  Eventually both Greg and Dick left Bassford to establish their own estate planning, trust and probate practices.
