Jason Wagner is the firm’s new summer law clerk. This fall Jason will be a third year student at the University of Minnesota Law School. Originally from Plainview, he is the third member of the law firm to hale from southern Minnesota.
Greg Deckert recently spoke on the topics of estate planning and planned giving at the board meeting for a local hospital foundation. Greg is a regular presenter on such topics as charitable giving, estate planning, trust administration and probate litigation.

The law firm is excited to announce that Molly Miller was recently sworn in as a licensed Minnesota attorney. A 2010 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Molly is also licensed to practice law in the state of California.
Greg Deckert sponsored and participated in a University of Minnesota Extension workshop entitled “Farmer Transition and Estate Planning.” The seminar was held in Hutchinson, Minnesota and attended by farmers throughout Meeker, Wright and McLeod Counties.
Molly Miller received word that she has passed the California Bar Exam. Formerly a resident of California, Molly graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2010. After she obtains her Minnesota law license, she will be practicing law in Minnesota in the areas of family law, estate planning and civil litigation.
