Joseph T. Pates has joined the firm as our newest associate attorney.  Joe grew up as part of a military family with deep family ties to the Twin Cities.  After obtaining his undergraduate in English, Joe obtained his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul.  Prior to joining Deckert Law, Joe worked for law firms in St. Paul and Brainerd.

Joe will be practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and real estate.  He finds great fulfillment in helping and serving others and strongly believes in the importance of approaching all legal matters with diligence, integrity and excellence.
