Cancer Legal Care (CLC) celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 28, 2017. As a part of the event Greg Deckert was honored as the organization’s Volunteer Attorney of the Year. Greg appreciates the opportunity to work with an organization like Cancer Legal Care, which provides such a critical part of a cancer patient’s overall care. He is honored to assist cancer-stricken individuals and families with their estate planning needs especially when these clients are walking through a very difficult season of life. Through the years CLC has provided:
- over $8.4 million in free legal services to Minnesota cancer patients.
- direct legal care serving over 2,700 Minnesotans.
- additional outreach to over 4,400 Minnesota cancer patients, caregivers, health care providers, and attorneys through 116 group presentations.
