Greg Deckert was one of the featured presenters at the Ramsey County Bar Association’s continuing legal education course on January 8, 2015, entitled:  “Trusts and Estates:  What Minnesota Practitioners Need to Know”.  Greg discussed the firm’s North Dakota planning and probate practice, explaining how North Dakota is different from and similar to Minnesota and other jurisdictions.  There was special emphasis on issues pertaining to the handling of mineral rights, especially as it relates to counties in western North Dakota.
