Jason Wagner, a third year student at the University of Minnesota Law School, was recently honored for having one of the three highest grades in his Estate Planning course taught by Professor Robert A. Stein. The top three students in the class were awarded handwritten notes of congratulations from former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. They were presented with the extraordinary keepsake at the special recognition ceremony at the University of Minnesota Law School. Jason has been a law clerk at Deckert Law P.A. since May of 2012.
